What is EverStone?
EverStone®
is a proprietary epoxy resin mixed with a variety of decorative
stones and professionally troweled to interior and exterior surfaces. EverStone
can be applied
over new or badly pitted concrete, wood, ceramic tile or cement
board.
Commercially
- EverStone is used to resurface showrooms, conference rooms, offices,
lobbies, banquet halls, pools, patios and more.
Residentially
- EverStone
is used to resurface patios, garages, pool decks, driveways, kitchens, bathrooms, basements,
dens and more.
Unlike other floor coverings that take numerous days or weeks to
install, Everstone is usually installed in one to two days with no mess!
What's even more important is that Everstone is very consumer friendly
and is V.O.C. compliant with no odors or fumes so you, your family and /
or employees are safe.
Everstone
is the number one choice for areas that are damp and prone to flooding
as Everstone will not get ruined and is easily cleaned and
sanitized!

EverStone® is one of the most durable flooring alternatives available
today. Unlike other products, EverStone has these great benefits:
Weather
Resistant:
Very resistant to ice and freezing weather conditions. Salt, calcium chloride or magnesium
chloride will not damage it.
Elasticity: Built in
elasticity allows for most subsurface expansion and contraction.
This unique property helps to limit the amount of damage that can be
caused by extreme temperature changes or substrate movement.
Vertical Applications: EverStone
is so unique that it can be applied just about anywhere, including
steps, patio edges and walls.
Easy to Maintain: An
occasional washing with a power washer or a carpet cleaner and a
simple detergent will keep EverStone beautiful for many years.
Unlimited Colors: Choose from a variety of colors or create
your own custom blend or pattern.
Repairable:
EverStone can be repaired much easier than concrete, or tile should a ground movement crack
occur over time.
Durability:
EverStone is able to support 8,000 - 10,000 pounds per square
inch!
Fast Installation: EverStone installs quicker and cleaner
less than ceramic tile, brick, slate, terrazzo, or flagstone. Most
jobs are installed in one or two days!
What Stone
To Choose?
Small Stones are best for basements, patios rooms, swimming pool decks
and other areas that need to be user friendly. Small stones create
a beautiful " tight-knit" and extremely durable floor that is easy to clean
and very comfortable to walk on. The only drawback to a "small stone"
installation is
that the company must have highly skilled finishers that care about what they are doing
and will take the extra time needed to ensure perfection or unsightly trowel marks will
be left on the job.
Companies
that try to steer you to "large stones" for interior floors
are generally trying to boost their profit margins. They know that large
stones install much easier and use a lot less epoxy. This makes large
stone much cheaper
to install. Unfortunately this lack of
"concern for the customer" is permanent for the unsuspecting
homeowner.
Large Stones
are use primarily for exterior jobs such as patios and
driveways. Large stones will always create a loose, large pore floor that is
less comfortable to walk or kneel on while barefoot.
